Creating GOS Meeting Maps

* Start with Street Atlas USA
* Center on area (approximately Mag 8)
* Click on Draw Palette
* Use Meeting headquarters as center of circle
* Click on draw circle in the draw Palette and drag to Meeting Center
* Click on the Meeting center
* Click on external point of circle

From Paint Shop Pro

* Start Capture
* <f11> to capture full screen snapshot of Street Atlas
* Use center square of circle created with Street Atlas to overlap
  the circle with one using the shapes tool in Paint Shop Pro (use color
  like lavender, no anti-aliasing, 3 pixel width)
* Use Magic Wand to select new circle
* Copy and Paste circle into new image
* Expand canvas slightly
* Use magic wand to select outer area of new image
* Copy and paste this area onto map
