At Little Mulberry Park in Gwinnett a Peregrine Falcon, Northern Harrier and the first reported Yellow-bellied Sapsucker of the season were reported.

At the Ivy Manor Preserve (in a subdivision) on 9/24 a Least Flycatcher and Philadelphia Vireo were seen.

At the Phinizy Swamp Nature Park in Augusta an American Bittern and many waders were seen on 9/21.

Henderson Park in Tucker continues to be a hot spot with 16 species of warbler seen on 9/24 and a Philadelphia Vireo that has stayed for 3 days.

Rocky Face Ridge at Dug Gap is another good place to look for warblers and migrants. On 9/25 2 or 3 Nashville Warblers, a Blue-winged Warbler and a Golden-winged Warbler as well as others were seen.

At the Bradley Unit of the Eufala NWR 2 Gray-cheeked Thrushes and 17 warbler species were seen.

At the Oconee River's Greenway near Milledgeville another Wilson's Warbler was seen.

As of 9/19 2 Wood Storks continue at Lake Acworth.

On 9/12 there were 12 Wood Storks at Reeve's Creek Wetlands on Tye St.

On 9/16 7 Wood Storks were seen on Old Bishop Rd. south of Watkinsville in Oconee County.

This report from South Carolina - 603 Broadwinged Hawks were reported from the Ceasar's Head Hawk Watch. There are a number of places in Georgia a similar watch could be held. If enough people would be interested (contact Jeff Sewell) a trip could possibly be arranged.

Mississippi Kites continue to be reported from Pine Chapel Rd. in Gordon County. American Kestrel, Loggerhead Shrike, Blue-winged Teal and a Ring-necked Duck are also reported from the area.

4-5 were seen at Reeves Wetland off Tye St. between GA 138 and Red Oak Rd.
