Two immature PACIFIC LOONs were seen at Lake Lanier along the Gwinnett Co./Forsyth Co./Hall Co. line on 04/27.and were seen again on 04/28.

A CLAY-COLORED SPARROW was seen at Centennial Olympic Park in downtown Atlanta on 04/26 and subsequently relocated on 04/28, this time with a BLACKPOLL WARBLER and a NORTHERN WATERTHRUSH.

A nice selection of shorebirds were seen at the E.L. Huie Land Application Facility in Clayton Co. on 04/23, including SEMIPALMATED PLOVER, SPOTTED SANDPIPER, LEAST SANDPIPER, LESSER YELLOWLEGS, PECTORAL SANDPIPER, and WILSON'S SNIPE. A report from 04/28 adds SHORT-BILLED DOWITCHER to the collection. The facility is currently experiencing good conditions for shorebirding.
