Tanya Jordan reported to the Valley Birds email list (a mid-late 1990's birding list that served the Ridge and Valley province of the southern Appalachians) that these birds were roosting in structures outside of Ringgold, GA, during the fall of 1999. A total of at least three birds were eventually found in the area. The pictures to the left were taken on 19 March 2000. |
