On Friday morning, 5 November 2004, a Long-eared Owl was discovered
by Steve Wagner near his apartment on Tybee Island. A small but very
agitated group of American Crows piqued Steve's curiosity, so decided to
investigate the commotion. After a short search, he located the bird,
hidden within the interior of a pine tree. Return to Species Account Menu
