10 Dec 2003	- Added GOS Bylaws page
13 Nov 2003	- Index page updated. Why? Because the previous index page was too slow to old, and frankly, just looked dated. The new index page relies on 46 fewer graphics, and therefore loads much faster. The new index page is much easier to maintain (to add or delete menu options) as well.
