Altamaha Sound Boat Trip
Turn left out of Villas by the Sea. at the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto GA-520 E., Continue onto the Jekyll Island Causeway, then turn right onto US-17 N, go 4.1 mi and then turn right onto F J Torras Causeway. Go 2.6 mi and then continue onto Torras Causeway and go 1.2 mi and then turn right onto Marina Dr.

Altamaha Wildlife Management Area
Turn left out of Villas by the Sea., at the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto GA-520 E., Continue onto the Jekyll Island Causeway, then turn right onto US-17 N., continue on US-17 N for approx. 18.5 mi, then turn right into the old dairy barn parking lot across the road from the main WMA complex.

Andrews Island Causeway
Turn left out of Villas by the Sea. at the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto GA-520 E., Continue onto the Jekyll Island Causeway, then turn right onto US-17 N. and continue approx. 4 miles to first light at Gloucester St. Turn left on Gloucester, go through Brunswick to light at Newcastle St. Turn right on Newcastle (which becomes US 341) approx. 1 mi past marina and boat yard and turn left on first gravel road, Homer L. Wilson Way. Go to end of the causeway and park near the gate."

Cannon’s Point
Turn left out of Villas by the Sea. at the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto GA-520 E., Continue onto the Jekyll Island Causeway, then turn right onto US-17 N, go 4.1 mi and then turn right onto F J Torras Causeway. Continue onto Kings Way. Veer left onto Sea Island Rd. Follow Sea Island Rd approx. 3.1 mi. to first light at Frederica Rd, turn left onto Frederica Rd. At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto Lawrence Rd. Continue on Lawrence Rd. until you see the Cannon’s Point sign on the right. -Turn right and follow the road to the entrance gate.

Glennville Water Treatment Facility
Turn left out of Villas by the Sea. at the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto GA-520 E., Continue onto the Jekyll Island Causeway, turn left onto US-17 S and travel approx. 5.4 miles to I-95 N. Turn right to merge onto I-95 N, then continue on I-95 N for approx. 28.8 miles to exit 58 for GA-57 W/GA-99 N toward Townsend Rd / Eulonia. Continue on GA-57 W for approx. 42.6 miles, then turn right onto Pecan Rd. Continue on Pecan Rd. for 0.8 miles, then turn left into the Water Treatment Facility.

Jekyll Island Campground Bird Sanctuary Big Sit
Turn right out of Villas by the Sea onto Beachview Dr., continue on Beachview Dr. for approx. 1.5 mi., then left onto Claflin Rd. Continue on Claflin Rd. and find pullouts on the side of the road in which to park. The bird feeders are located in campsite J-9.

Jekyll Island Welcome Center Big Sit
Turn left out of Villas by the Sea. at the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto GA-520 E., Continue onto the Jekyll Island Causeway, for approx. 2 miles. Turn right into the Jekyll Island Welcome Center.

Little St. Simons Island
Turn left out of Villas by the Sea. at the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto GA-520 E., Continue onto the Jekyll Island Causeway, turn right onto US-17 N and continue for approx. 4.1 miles, then turn right onto F.J. Torras Causeway. Continue on F.J. Torras Causeway, which turns into Kings Way. Veer left onto Sea Island Rd, and follow Sea Island Rd approx. 3.1 mi. to first light at Frederica Rd and continue for 3.1 miles. Turn left onto Frederica Rd. and continue for approx. 2.2 miles. At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto Lawrence Rd. Continue on Lawrence Rd. for 3.5 miles. Continue onto Hampton Point Dr. for 3.0 miles to the Hampton River Marina.

Sapelo Island
Turn left out of Villas by the Sea. at the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto GA-520 E., Continue onto the Jekyll Island Causeway, turn right onto US-17 N and continue for 20.1 miles to GA-99 N. urn right onto GA-99 N and continue for 8 miles to Landing Rd. Turn right onto Landing Rd for 0.5 miles. Continue onto Sapelo Dock Rd., then turn right.

St. Catherine’s Island
From I-95 N take Exit 76 (GA-84, Midway). Drive east on US-84 for approx. 7.5 miles. Turn right onto Kings Rd. Continue on Kings Rd for 0.9 miles, then turn right onto Camellia Rd. Continue on Camellia Rd. for 0.2 miles, then turn left into a dirt driveway. There are two mailboxes, one with a small St. Catherines sticker at this intersection. Park anywhere, remembering to stay off the road which circles the parking lot.

-Turn right out of Hotel Tybee.
-Follow US-80 West until it becomes Islands Expressway.
-Turn right onto W. Harris St.
-Turn left onto Whitaker St.
-Turn right onto W Taylor St.
-Cross over MLK Blvd to the I-16 ramp.
-Take I-16 West to 1-95 South to Exit 94.
-Turn left onto GA-204 East.
-Turn right onto Gateway Blvd. South.
-Turn left onto Canebrake Rd.
-Turn right onto US-17 South.
-Turn right onto Basin Rd just before the Ogeechee River Bridge.
-Stay on Basin to the gate of the Mitigation Site.

Corps of Engineers Disposal Site, Jasper Co., SC
-Turn right (north) onto 15th St./US-80 West.
-Follow US-80 West to Islands Expressway.
-Continue on Islands Expressway to President St.
-Turn left onto E. Broad St.
-Turn right onto E Oglethorpe Ave.
-Continue onto GA-25 north connector
-Take the Talmadge Bridge ramp onto US-17 North.
-Continue on US-17 North, cross the Talmadge Bridge, then cross the Back River Bridge, then turn right into a small parking area immediately after you enter South Carolina.
-Follow the dirt road to the Disposal Site gate.

Fort Pulaski
-Turn right out of Hotel Tybee.
-Follow US-80 West to Fort Pulaski National Monument
-Turn right into the Fort Pulaski entrance.

Fort Stewart
-Turn right (north) onto 15th St./US-80 West.
-Follow US-80 West to Islands Expressway.
-Continue on Islands Expressway to President St.
-Turn left onto Randolph St.
-Turn right onto E. Liberty St.
-Turn left onto MLK, Jr. Blvd.
-Turn right onto I-16 West.
-Take I-16 West to 1-95 South (Exit 157A).
-Take I-95 South to GA-144 West (Exit 90).
_Turn right onto GA-144 West.
-Turn left into the Love’s Truck Stop/McDonald’s.

Harris Neck NWR
-Turn right out of Hotel Tybee.
-Follow US-80 West to Islands Expressway.
-Continue on Islands Expressway to President St.

-Turn right onto E. Liberty St.
-Turn left onto MLK, Jr. Blvd.
-Turn right onto I-16 West.
-Take I-16 West to 1-95 South (Exit 157A).
-Take I-95 South to Exit 67, then turn left onto US-17 South.
-Turn left onto Harris Neck Rd.
-Turn left onto Wildlife Dr.

Little Tybee Island Boat Trip
-Turn right out of Hotel Tybee.
-Continue onto US-80 West.
-Turn left into the Lazaretto Creek Public Boat Ramp (just before the entrance to Fort Pulaski).

Pelagic Trip
-Turn right out of Hotel Tybee.
-Continue on US-80 West to the Lazaretto Creek Marina. The boat is located behind Café Loco.

Richmond Hill Water Treatment Facility
-Turn right out Hotel Tybee.
-Follow US-80 West to Islands Expressway.
-Continue on Islands Expressway to President St.
-Turn left onto Randolph St.
-Turn right onto E. Liberty St.
-Turn left onto MLK, Jr. Blvd.
-Turn right onto I-16 West.
-Take I-16 West to 1-95 South (Exit 157A).
-Continue on I-95 South to Exit 87, then turn right onto US-17 North.
-Turn right onto Harris Trail Rd., then turn left onto Wildcat Dr.
-Turn left into the Richmond Hill High School parking lot. You will caravan from this parking lot to the Water Treatment Facility.

-Turn right out of Hotel Tybee.
-Follow US-80 West to Islands Expressway.
-Continue on Islands Expressway to President St.
-Turn left onto E. Broad St.

-Stay on Oglethorpe Ave. to the Talmadge Bridge ramp onto US-17 North.
-Continue on US-17 North into SC, then turn left onto SC-170 W (Alligator Alley).
-Turn left onto Laurel Hill Wildlife Dr.

Savannah NWR, Solomon Tract
-Turn right out of Hotel Tybee.
-Follow US-80 West to Islands Expressway.
-Continue on Islands Expressway to President St.
-Turn right onto E. Broad St.
-Turn left onto E. Bay St.
-Continue on E. Bay St. to W. Bay St. (GA-21 North).
-Continue onto GA-21 North (Augusta Rd.) to O’Leary Rd, then turn right.
-Turn right onto EMD Blvd., then travel to the dead end.

Skidaway Island Hotspots
-Turn right out of Hotel Tybee.
-Continue on US-80 West to Harry S. Truman Parkway
-Take the Truman Parkway south to the GA-204 Spur/Whitefield Ave. exit. and turn left.
-Continue on Whitfield Ave onto the Diamond Causeway.
-Continue on the Diamond Causeway onto Tidewater Way, then turn left on to Lake St.
-Turn right onto Meeting St., then left into the parking lot across Meeting St. from the BP Gas Station.

Wassaw Island
-Turn right out of Hotel Tybee.
-Continue on US-80 West to Harry S. Truman Parkway
-Take the Truman Parkway south to the GA-204 Spur/Whitefield Ave. exit. and turn left.
-Continue on Whitfield Ave onto the Diamond Causeway.
-Continue on the Diamond Causeway to McWhorter Dr. and turn left.
-Continue on McWhorter Dr. until it dead ends at the UGA Marine Aquarium. Meet in the lobby of the aquarium.
