2) Download this form. Save it to your computer. Fill it out. Print it. (Note...use down arrows next to field trip selection blank. Click the desired field trip and then move down to next selection).
3) Send the form and a check to:

1) Check out this page (Field Trip Descriptions) and determine which field trips you'd like to select.
2) Come back to this page and use the links to select and pay for your registration, banquet, and field trips. If a field trip is sold out you will have the opportunity to select another.
3) Within a week of registering Ed will send you confirmation of your field trips and registration.
Fill out fields, then click "add to cart" button, select # of people, and then use the "Continue Shopping" button to add more items.
At the end of the process you will be registered.
